New cookie sequence! You will notice on the order card and supplementary materials that the sequence of the cookie has changed. Experiences troop volunteers should be extra careful when entering orders that the number is listed under the correct variety!
Registered girl names will be uploaded to Quickbase on December 1st.
The "Troop Information" section shows many new fields, including whether the troop has earned the 100% participation award, thier per-girl average and opt-out status. When editing troop information, only troops with the Cadette, Senior or Ambassador PAL (Program Activity Level) will be able to change opt-out status.
The "Girl Information and Orders" section, there is a new link to "Add a Troop Round Up Order."Troops from SU that require full-case orders (e.g. those that have a Trailer Round delivery) can use this just like Service Units use the "Enter SU Round Up" link-but the round up (or down) order is assigned to their troop.
There is a new "Booth Sale Information" section to the troops can view the booth sales the have entered using the "Add Booth Sale Listing" link.
Troops will now add banking information in the "Payment Information" section (instead of "Troop Information").
The "Payment Information" section now shows the cost per box that the troop pays.
